For many it wouldn’t be Easter without lamb on the menu. This recipe showcases the fantastic combination of lamb and asparagus.

Instructions - Roast lamb with asparagus

1.StepCut lamb up into pieces and briefly sauté on the hob.

2.StepWhen brown on both sides, season, add root vegetables and quench with white wine.

3.StepPut lamb into oven, turning and pouring on stock at intervals. Roasting time is between 60 and 90 minutes.

4.StepPeel asparagus, boil until just crunchy and serve with the lamb.
