Instructions - Sour jowl of veal

1.StepSlice the veal jowl thinly or have the butcher do this and then place it on a dinner plate or a serving platter.

2.StepPeel and dice or slice the onions.

3.StepThe sliced jowl of veal should then be served with the onion, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
